What Affects Your Oxygen Levels?

Most people don’t think about their breathing, they just let it happen. Others, though, seem to be out of breath more often than not, and it can become worrisome.

For some, their oxygen level is too low. When a person has low blood oxygen (known as hypoxemia) it means they’re not getting enough oxygen circulating through their inner systems. Oxygen levels can be tested using an oximeter or an arterial blood gas test. You might want to ask your doctor about having your oxygen level(s) checked if you have chronic shortness of breath.

Why do some people have a hard time breathing?
There are several reasons, including a defect in the brain’s control over breathing, or, which is more common, excess fat weighing against a person’s chest wall, making it harder to breathe. Some people, with extra weight, might notice they become out of breath when doing slight exertions like walking up a staircase or walking outside for some distance. If you feel tired after little effort, you might have low blood oxygen. Other causes of hypoxemia include anemia, congenital heart disease, COPD/emphysema, pneumonia and sleep apnea. Depression and anxiety can also influence oxygen levels in the blood.

Depending on what affects you, some solutions might require you to see your doctor or exercise more to lose weight. In the time being, Ambaya Gold offers a product called Oxygen+. It was created to help increase cellular oxygenation and revitalization. As an advanced solution assisting with oxygen uptake and mineral replenishment, Oxygen+ combines platinum group elements and rich oxygen in our proprietary Fulvic base to oxygenate and revitalize your cells. Just taking five drops in a glass of water helps with added energy throughout the day.
