These days many people suffer from digestive problems, in fact, as I'm writing this my stomach hurts! It's becoming increasingly more common as the foods we put in our body change further and further from what we are naturally meant to eat.

When we walk into a grocery store, along the perimeter we may see large sections of produce, meat, dairy, bakery, etc. and isles in between full of processed foods. The produce is often sprayed with pesticides. Crops are GMO grown. Meat, milk, and eggs are full of hormones. The snacks we all love also contain GMO foods, processed grains, sugars, toxic food dyes, and other additives like flavorings, colors, and preservatives.
